The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and a genuine love of working with the public. You must possess a pleasant personality, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, flexible availability, and the desire to service a high volume of customers quickly and efficiently.

Our most successful Bridal Consultants are self-motivated professionals with upbeat, outgoing personalities and excellent communication skills. Experience in a high volume, fast paced sales setting is preferred; commission sales background is a plus. Principal Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales & customer satisfaction by providing Superior Customer Service
  • Make and prepare appointments for customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with backstage to verify customer order completion
  • Call clients to inform of order status
  • Build relationships with customers through consistent communication throughout the entire life of the event
  • Arrange and detail fixtures and displays
  • Bilingual Skills
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
